產品說明

9300系列取樣示波器最高具備25GHz頻寬,適用10Gb/s和更高頻的數位訊號及電信應用領域,微波應用最大至20GHz,解析度最高至64fs。可選配11Gb/s恢復時脈、光電轉換器或差動時域反射源(40或60ps)组成强大、小型化又成本效益的一套完整阻抗量測套件 (時域反射器, TDR)。
9300系列取樣示波器使用"外部觸發"或"內部恢復時脈"取樣高頻宽重覆性信號,没有高速即時示波器的損失或抖動。9300系列20GHz頻宽具備17.5ps的上升時間,可抓取非常快速的脈衝訊號,同時非常低的觸發抖動,使時間的解析度短至64fs。重覆取樣率率可達1MS/s,超越任何其他品牌取樣示波器,能够快速擷取波形、眼圖和直方圖。
9300系列取樣示波器為USB攜帶型,價格遠低於其他品牌取樣示波器。體積小容易攜帶,可與筆記型電腦一起攜帶用於外場測試,也可以把示波器放在待測物旁,將所有線路損失降到最低。使用者所需要的一切都標配在示波器内,不需要選購昂貴的硬體和軟體。
